Warranty Policy

Warranty Period

AiLENS V1 comes with a one-year limited warranty from the date of purchase.

What is Covered

Within the warranty period, if performance failures, manufacturing defects, or hardware malfunctions not caused by external damage are confirmed under normal use, we will provide repair or replacement in accordance with our prescribed warranty terms.

Proof of purchase or purchase history and verification of the product serial number may be required for warranty claims.

What is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover the following:

Damage due to drops, impacts, or external forces
Malfunctions due to water exposure, submersion, or liquids
Malfunctions due to disassembly, modification, or unauthorized repairs
Malfunctions due to use contrary to the instruction manual or improper use
If the warranty period has expired
If valid proof of purchase cannot be presented
Wear and tear or cosmetic changes of consumables such as lenses, nose pads, and cleaning cloths
Loss or theft of the product

Regarding Initial Defects

If an initial defect or operational malfunction is confirmed upon product arrival, please contact us within 7 days of arrival.

After we confirm the defect and if the product body, accessories, outer box, etc., are complete, we may provide a replacement.

Claims made more than 7 days after arrival will be handled as a standard warranty claim.

Regarding Prescription Lens Processing

AiLENS V1 includes a dedicated frame for prescription lenses.

If prescription lenses are processed and installed in this dedicated frame, it will not affect the AR optical system, sensors, or electronic components, and therefore will not affect the standard warranty of the AiLENS V1 unit.

However, damage to the prescription lens frame itself, scratches during processing, or malfunctions associated with lens processing may not be covered by the AiLENS V1 unit's warranty.

Please consult an optician or qualified technician for prescription lens processing.
